About the Island

Curaçao is the largest island of the Netherlands Antilles in the Caribbean. It is located 40 miles off the coast of Venezuela, 42 miles east of Aruba, and 30 miles west of Bonaire. The island of Curaçao is one of the most exciting diving destinations in the world. Located in the southern Caribbean Sea, this 38-mile island boasts over 60 pristine, world-renowned diving sites.

About the Resort and Dive Center

Both resort-view and ocean-view rooms are available with our LionsDive Beach Resort packages. Ocean Encounters dive operation is conveniently located on-site, which means an easy walk to the boat each morning. LionsDive is perfect for non-divers too. Make time to relax on the shaded beach, swim in the resort's cove, or access the 50-meter Olympic-sized pool.

The resort is just a short 20-minute drive from the Hato International Airport. You will arrive at the beautiful white sandy beach of LionsDive Beach Resort.  Located in the Bapor Kibra district, you are just a five-minute car ride away from the city center of Willemstad, with its world-renowned colorful Dutch-Caribbean architecture and its multitude of historical monuments that have earned the city a spot on the UNESCO World Heritage list.

The resort is located on a spacious, yet quiet and shaded private beach, and is part of Mambo Beach, the longest white sandy beach in Curaçao. Just a few footsteps away, you will discover Mambo Beach Boulevard, with its wide array of bars, restaurants, and shops. Resort View rooms are located throughout the resort and offer views of the tropical garden, pool, or street. These rooms are equipped with one king-size bed or two queen-size beds and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children (ages 18 and under). All Resort View rooms have a shared terrace or balcony.

Ocean View Rooms

Our Ocean View rooms are located throughout the resort and feature a partial ocean view. These rooms are equipped with one king-size bed or two queen-size beds. The rooms can accommodate up to two adults and two children (up to 18 years old). All Ocean View rooms have a shared terrace or balcony.
