Terms and Conditions
I understand the equipment is due before closing on the due date and must be returned clean and in good condition. Gear returned excessively dirty is subject to a $10 cleaning charge. Dive World does not have renter's insurance, so any items rented are the sole responsibility of the renter. Any items not returned, stolen, or returned damaged will be charged to the renter at retail cost. After testing the equipment, I affirm that it is found to be in good working condition. I further waive all liability on the part of any employee or associate of Dive World for any injuries and/or accidents incurred while using said equipment. Further, I promise that this equipment will only be used by a certified diver.
